This morning's weather was terrible, in the bus on the way to school, it poured very heavily. Actually, the fact that there was a downpour didn't hit me until I was going to get off the bus and the door opened. I was having a nice nap on the bus itself. Heh. Thank God that Lionel was on the bus as well, and he brought an umbrella! We were still really wet, but at least we weren't drenched. Quite a horrible morning, a lot of people were trapped at the bus stop and late.
Nevertheless, it was an okay day after that. Econs lecture is going to be sped up! I'm quite happy about that. Haha. Don't quite like the slowish pace of the lectures in srjc. Though I s'pose it's to help the those who need awhile to process information. During History, Mr Tay returned the essay test 2, and I got D again. =( The Econs DRQ test result was that great either (10.5/20) It's really quite depressing to see such results, especially after getting 12 pts for O levels. Haiis. Just gotta remember that I'm doing A level curriculum now, THINGS HAVE CHANGED. Though sometimes I still wish I was in poly. =S At least I've finally adapted to JC lifestyle, somewhat. I'm still so proud of myself for that! Heh.
But but but! It's really hard to motivate myself in SRJC, I can feel myself slipping into laziness, as if I were in the early days of secondary school. It's really tough, but I'm relying on God's strength, and that is what sustains me. God has really done so many things for little ol' me, I really don't know how to express my gratefulness to Him in words. I can only try my best not to disappoint Him.
Oh well, I better be going, will be learning Korean dance tomorrow for SRJC ARts Fest =S The school randomly put me in that course. Haiis. I don't really mind learning the Korean dance part, the medium of speech is CHINESE. As if my chinese isn't bad enough already, now i have to learn Korean dance in chinese?? Meh. Nevertheless, I shall have that learning spirit. Hopefully, the chinese words spoken wouldn't be too difficult to understand.
